I will be away from 11th to 22nd September inclusive, and will not be available for any sessions (in person or online) during this time.
Hi there, my name is Eunice. I am an Integrative Therapist offering a warm, non-judgemental, supportive and personalised approach to help you explore and process any significant life issues, traumatic history, unwanted thoughts and beliefs, and compulsive behaviours that are holding you back.
I provide an environment which is kink, sexuality, and consensual non-monogamy/polyamory positive, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I’m committed to creating a space that’s welcoming to anyone from a marginalised identity, especially those who are racially or culturally minoritised.
I use a combination of therapeutic strategies and specialise in working with people exploring Gender, Sex(uality), & Relationship Diversity (GSRD) issues in a trauma-informed, racially-aware context. I provide counselling for individuals, couples, family groups, and polycules of all sexualities and genders.
I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN), and Pink Therapy.
What is psychotherapy? What about counselling?
Psychotherapy, also known as counselling or psychotherapeutic counselling, is a type of talking therapy that helps you to make effective changes in your life or enhance your emotional wellbeing.
My role as a counsellor is to support you in exploring your feelings, needs, behaviours and problems in a safe, structured, confidential setting. The foundation of effective psychotherapy is a therapeutic relationship based on compassionate, non-judgmental respect and offering empathic understanding so that you feel seen and heard.
You don’t need to be in crisis or have a diagnosed mental illness to benefit from psychotherapy.
